The energy forms of the body can also be brought into control by meditation and yoga. Meditation also helps a person to become more positive and have a positive outlook in life. Using energies in the body a person can heal others and also themselves. This method is also called pranic healing, which originated in China. Prana means energy and this is what the Chinese traditional healers use to heal and cure the body of ailments and diseases.
