Alien Speech? Found in NASA's Saturn Radio Signal

This is a radio signal released by NASA in 2004. The audio comes from the Cassini spacecraft recordings of radio and plasma waves when it made its flyby of Saturn. Watch the video through in order to hear the alien speech. For those of you who can't wait, the alien-sounding noises start at 1:35. Be warned though, the sounds can be quite eerie sounding.
