STOMPer CNYGhosts took a photo of a man burning incense paper at an HDB carpark in Tampines and later found what seemed to be two ghostly figures on the picture.
Said the STOMPer:
"This happened at about 1.15am on Jan 31, in front of Block 394 Tampines Ave 7.
"I took a snap shot of a man burning incense paper outside my flat and was surprised to see a fast moving whitish patch moving across the screen.
"It was bright.
"I didn't see anyone else with the man.
"I glanced around and there were no other people. Am I so lucky to spot the unthinkable?"
