Angela's love spell success story

Hi guys! You know my story already but I can summarize it for anyone out there who is thinking of trying the love spell (my advice: do it! it works!)

When my boyfriend and I broke up it was totally my fault. I kind of got together with one of his friends behind his back. I know, it was dumb and stupid and I regret it. But you know how it goes, sometimes you do dumb things and just don't think about the consequences of what you are doing. Anyhow, I slept with his friend Jason a couple of times, and my boyfriend (Mark) found out when Jason started bragging about his conquest (me!) in some bar.

Mark called me up and just started calling me all the names under the sun. It really hurt me, I didn't know he could be like that, he's such a sweet and gentle man normally. But I could hardly complain at what he was saying because he was right, I had been a total bitch to him. He told me he never wanted to see me again. I was sad and upset, and so I tried to run away from the problem by spending more time with Jason. Yeah, stupid again! If I had shown remorse and tried straight away, maybe I could have gotten Mark back right then, but going crying into Jasons arms just made things worse.

I still had some spell castings to do according to the guide, so I kept up with those. About a week after the restaurant Mark turned up at my apartment with a bunch of red roses! He said he'd not stopped thinking about me all week. He said he'd never stopped loving me, and that he wanted us to be a proper couple again. How amazing is that? Obviously I said yes! Well, there was a lot of kissing first, then I said yes!

We've been together since then, and everything is great. We've not really talked about what happened with Jason (Mark doesn't see him any more, they stopped speaking after all that happened, understandable). I feel such a strong bond with Mark, and so lucky to have him, especially after I was such a bitch to him.

There's no doubt the spell brought us together. I could feel it working while I was doing it, and it felt amazing. Actually I wanted to keep doing it even after Mark and me where back together, because of the amazing feeling it gives me inside!

There you go guys, that's my story. I love telling it because it's got such a happy ending. To anyone out there who reads this and who is thinking of using a spell, do it! You'll feel amazing and you're life will be so much happier.

Paranormal Christmas Ghost

It began as a relaxing if curious holiday vacation at a bed and breakfast with a reputation for being haunted. What Kathy Moll encountered there that Christmas season, however, would stay with her forever.

We are all very familiar with the ghosts of Christmas that Charles Dickens introduced to us in his classic story, "A Christmas Carol." In the Dickens story, only Marley's ghost and the Ghost of Christmas Yet To Come were foreboding, frightening spirits - ghosts of the type that Kathy Moll experienced during the 1999 Christmas season. Kathy and her sister Nanci and Nanci's husband Darryl were enjoying a pre-Christmas holiday at The Lauren Danielle bed and breakfast in Guthrie, Oklahoma when she encountered her own Ghost of Christmas Present. This is her true story...

I sensed something about the house when I first entered. The Lauren Danielle is a beautiful Victorian home with a colorful history. Built in 1890, the house was the home of Territorial Governor Renfro, Charles West, first State Attorney General, and later Chris Madsen, US Marshall, who used the basement as a jail (in fact, the iron bars are still intact on the windows). Listed in the National Register of Historic Homes, the wonderfully restored house is today a popular bed and breakfast in central Oklahoma, just north of Oklahoma City. On this occasion, innkeepers Cliff and Debi Judd had lavishly but tastefully decorated the home for Christmas.

But I was sensing more than the holiday spirit at The Lauren Danielle. Bear in mind that I already knew that there was a spirit cat in the house, due to the newspaper article my sister Nanci shared with me before our arriving. Debi Judd showed us around the home, beautifully appointed in period antiques. She let us take our pick of rooms. When I was offered the room downstairs near the stairs, I went to look at it. I could not even enter the room, however - the vibrations were very strong and territorial. I just stood at the door and looked in. Anyone else who did not have sensitivity to these types of vibrations would have seen a lovely room done up in golds and browns. I knew I did not want to be in there by myself. In fact, the only room I felt somewhat okay about was the room my sister eventually chose. So I took the adjoining room, which was pretty, but had a very heavy feeling to it.

Halloween Asia

Halloween is one of the oldest holidays celebrated by people from different countries all over the world. In most western countries like US and Canada, carved pumpkins and corn stalks sprawled all over the suburbs, trick-or-treating, and costume depicting scary creatures are staple practices during the festival. However, Asians celebrate Halloween in a slightly different way

WereLions of the Middle East & Africa

Legends tell of Saharan kings who could turn into lions when their tribes were endangered. The Mfalme were a race of kings, shapeshifters believed to have been descended from the gods. Their lines ran in nobility of various tribes, and they were strongly integrated with humans. Mfalme were so strongly integrated with humans that there were no wild clans at all. Despite the presence of an Asiatic subspecies of leo pantheris, there were no natural werelions found outside of sub-Saharan Africa.

A werelion is born, as are many other Shifters, but they are the product of a double-recessive gene. They must have both of the werelion genes before the traits will express and the person will be born a werelion. This means that if two Mfalme have children, they will be born a werelion, but any other combination has varying rates. Mfalme can safely parent Tau-Kin, and human children. Unlike werewolves the ability is entirely inherited, and therefor the Mfalme/Tau/Simba cannot infect a human.

Werelions are associated mildly with the sun, similarly as the werewolves to the lunar cycle, but their lives are not nearly so dictated by it. They grow weak during a solar eclipse, and solar flares can affect them. Strong solar flares can provide a peak in power, and when they are present during the birth of a child can have varying and interesting effects.

The werelions are an interesting singularity among their bretheren, in that they do not shift as often as their cousins. Their shifting was not triggered specifically by puberty or high stress situations, but by the need to protect their lands and tribe. Most Mfalme spent a lot of time as humans, but once they had experienced their first shift they could attain their beast form at-will. The leo form, an equivalent of Fire-blooded, was almost always triggered by extreme feelings of defense.

The Mfalme strike a fine line between the female-backboned prides of wild lions, and the primarily patriarchal sub-Saharan human cultures that they integrated with. The males ruled as kings, princes, and warriors, but the females demanded a level of egalitarian society that was very rarely seen. The queens and princesses took a more active role in the life of the pride, often with their own hunting parties, and being advisors and occasionally even military leaders in times of war. Mfalme born to those not of the royal houses would, if allowed, become prominent figures among their tribe, as strong warriors and hunters.

Mfalme can occasionally be found in the north as well, being descended from Tau-Kin that were taken as slaves by the Muslim traders. They are not unwelcome as long as they respect Islam, and converts are simply another member of society. Very rarely, one would be born in the Americas due to the slave trade. In the event that they ever did shift and realize their heritage, they lived solitary lives, not knowing of their lineage.

The werelions have heightened senses, with inhuman strength, but their speed is not that great, and u

Rare Snow in North Africa Algeria

Rare Snows in North Africa

By Evan Duffey, Meteorologist
Feb 6, 2012; 2:02 PM ET

Snow made a rare appearance in Algiers, the capital city of Algeria.
Cold air associated with a storm system diving into northern Africa provided for some decent accumulations of snow in the north African country.
According to Accuweather Meteorologist Eric Wanenchak, most reports say the last time Algiers saw this kind of accumulation was at least seven years ago in 2005.

Snow in South Africa August 2012

An extreme cold snap covered large swaths of South Africa with snow on Tuesday, the first time in years as much of the cold stuff has fallen there.
In fact, it has snowed in Johannesburg, South Africa on only 22 other days in 103 years, The Associated Press reported.

The South Africa Weather Service said heavy snowfall fell on the Western Cape Mountains, Eastern Cape high ground, Lesotho and Drakensburg.
Parts of central and northern Freestate province, as well as in southern areas of the province Gauteng, have seen light snowfall.

It brought office workers outside to take pictures, catch snowflakes on their tongues and slide down snow-covered hills using cardboard for sleds.
But it also closed roads or snared and slowed traffic.

Flakes started falling early Tuesday and by the afternoon, eight of the country’s nine provinces reported snow.
The ninth, Limpopo, hadn’t issued an official report, but the South African Weather Service said satellite imagery showed it had likely fallen there as well, spokeswoman Kenosi Machepa told the AP.

“It’s difficult to gauge how much snow has fallen as we don’t really measure snowfall in South Africa, but it’s more than we have had since 2008,” forecaster Venetia Phakula said, the Mail & Guardian reported.
Johannesburg appears to have received the brunt of the extreme weather, while US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s African trip continued in a snowy Pretoria.
This much snow hasn’t fallen in Joburg since 1981, and it hasn’t snowed in Pretoria since 1968,SouthAfrica.info reported.

Published on 7 Aug 2012 by
The South African Weather Service says Johannesburg residents can expect more snow this afternoon. Parts of Gauteng are already blanketed in snow and residents have taken to social media to post their pictures...http://ow.ly/cNQq9

Chinese Hungry Ghosts in USA photos and Taboos

Lee Rault sends us this photo of what she says is a photo of a Hungry Ghost. This she says is her long dead maternal Grandfather's ghosts taken during Hungry Ghost Month August 5, 2008

Wed Aug 13, 5:53 AM ET BEIXIAOYING TOWN, China - Three Chinese were critically injured Wednesday in an accident involving a bus from the athletes' village and a van on the way to the Olympic rowing park, the Australian Olympic Committee said. The accident happened near the Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park. Could it be the curse of Hungry Ghosts?

  Real Hungry Ghost Month Taboos!
The Ghost Festival is a traditional Chinese festival and holiday, which is celebrated by Chinese in many countries. In the Chinese calendar (a lunisolar calendar), the Ghost Festival is on the 15th night of the seventh lunar month.

In Chinese tradition, the thirteenth day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar is called Ghost Day and the seventh month in general is regarded as the Ghost Month , in which ghosts and spirits, including those of the deceased ancestors, come out from the lower realm. During the Qingming Festival the living descendants pay homage to their ancestors and on Ghost Day, the deceased visit the living.

On the thirteenth day the three realms of Heaven, Hell and the realm of the living are open and both Taoists and Buddhists would perform rituals to transmute and absolve the sufferings of the deceased. Intrinsic to the Ghost Month is ancestor worship, where traditionally the filial piety of descendants extends to their ancestors even after their deaths. Activities during the month would include preparing ritualistic food offerings, burning incense, and burning joss paper, a papier-mache form of material items such as clothes, gold and other fine goods for the visiting spirits of the ancestors. Elaborate meals would be served with empty seats for each of the deceased in the family treating the deceased as if they are still living. Ancestor worship is what distinguishes Qingming Festival from Ghost Festival because the former includes paying respects to all deceased, including the same and younger generations, while the latter only includes older generations. Other festivities may include, burying and releasing miniature paper boats and lanterns on water, which signifies giving directions to the lost ghosts and spirits of the ancestors and other deities.

The Ghost Festival shares some similarities with the predominantly Mexican observance of El Día de los Muertos. Due to theme of ghosts and spirits, the festival is sometimes also known as the Chinese Halloween, though many have debated the difference between the two.
&nbsp Most interested in the beliefs and taboos that many awful bad things may and can happen to people who give birth, renovate their homes, take trips, go swimming, buy real estate or get a haircut during the most cursed month of the year.

Never look into a mirror this month of the year during the hours of 8:Pm to 8:am. Do not where borrowed clothes, or those items that belonged to the deceased in any way. They say they will come and claim you. Avoid looking into water that the moon reflects upon. if you see the moons reflection your first born child will be struck down.

To Buddhists, the seventh lunar month is a month of joy. This is because the fifteenth day of the seventh month is often known as the Buddha's joyful day and the day of rejoice for monks. The origins of the Buddha's joyful day can be found in various scriptures. When the Buddha was alive, his disciples meditated in the forests of India during the rainy season of summer. Three months later, on the fifteen day of the seventh month, they would emerge from the forests to celebrate the completion of their meditation and report their progress to the Buddha. In the Ullambana Sutra, the Buddha instructs his disciple Maudgalyayana on how to obtain liberation for his mother, who had been reborn into a lower realm, by making food offerings to the sangha on the fifteenth day of the seventh month. Because the number of monks who attained enlightenment during that period was high, the Buddha was very pleased.

The Buddhist origins of the festival can be traced back to a story that originally came from India, but later took on culturally Chinese overtones. In the Ullambana Sutra, there is a descriptive account of a Buddhist monk named Mahamaudgalyayana, originally a brahmin youth who later ordained, and later becoming one of the Buddha's chief disciples. Mahamaudgalyayana was also known for having clairvoyant powers, an uncommon trait amongst monks.

After he attained arhatship, he began to think deeply of his parents, and wondered what happened to them. He used his clairvoyance to see where they were reborn and found his father in the heavenly realms i.e the realm of the gods. However, his mother had been reborn in a lower realm, known as the Realm of Hungry Ghosts. His mother took on the form of a hungry ghost--- so called because it could not eat due to its highly thin & fragile throat in which no food could pass through, yet it was always hungry because it had a fat belly.

His mother had been greedy with the money he left her. He had instructed her to kindly host any Buddhist monks that ever came her way, but instead she withheld her kindness and her money. It was for this reason she was reborn in the realm of hungry ghosts.

Mahamaudgalyayana eased his mother's suffering by receiving the instructions of feeding pretas from the Buddha. The Buddha instructed Mahamaudgalyayana to place pieces of food on a clean plate, reciting a mantra seven times, snap his fingers then tip the food on clean ground. By doing so, the preta's hunger was relieved and through these merits, his mother was reborn as a dog under the care of a noble family.

Mahamaudgalyayana also sought the Buddha's advice to help his mother gain a human birth. The Buddha established a day after the traditional summer retreat (the 15th day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar, usually mid-to-late August) on which Mahamaudgalyayana was to offer food and robes to 500 bhikkhus. Through the merits created, Mahamaudgalyayana's mother finally gained a human birth.

Due to Confucian influence, the offering became directed towards ancestors rather than the Sangha and ancestor worship has replaced the simple ritual of relieving the hunger of pretas. However, most Buddhist temples still continue the ancient practice of donating to the Sangha as well as to perform rituals for the hungry ghosts.

Chinese Buddhists often say that there is a difference between Ullambana and the traditional Chinese Zhongyuan Jie, usually saying people have mixed superstitions (such as burning joss paper items) and delusional thoughts, rather than think that Ullambana is actually a time of happiness.

O-bon, or simply Bon, is the Japanese version of the Ghost Festival. It has since been transformed over time into a family reunion holiday during which people from the big cities return to their home towns and visit and clean their ancestors' graves.

Traditionally including a dance festival, it has existed in Japan for more than 500 years. It is held from 13th of July to the 16th ("Welcoming Obon" and "Farewell Obon" respectively) in the eastern part of Japan (Kanto), and in August in the western part (Kansai).

This reported real photo is aid to be of a mans Father's very Hungry Ghosts. The photo was taken August 2005 in Chinatown New York. The face of this Hungry Ghost was said to be seen clearly on the ceiling of a restaurant. Photo sent to us by Brad Chen.

This festival is the chance for pardoning guilty ghosts which are homeless and not be taken care of. People worship ghosts and liberate animals, such as birds or fish.

Influenced by Buddhism, this holiday is also the Vu Lan festival, the Vietnamese transliteration for Ullambana. The festival is also considered Mother's Day. People with living mothers would be thankful, while people with dead mothers would pray for their souls. Though also the city of New Orleans with it's population of Vietnamese has also incorporated this into it's Hoodoo Voodoo Traditions.

Ghost Festival in Malaysia is modernized by the 'concert-like' live performing, it has its own characteristic and is not similar to other Ghost Festivals in other countries. The live show is popularly known as 'Koh-tai' by the Hokkien-speaking peoples, it was performed by a group of singers, dancers and entertainers, on a temporary stage that setup within the residential district. The festival is funded by the residents of each individual residential districts. All this is performed in front of several empty red seats reserved just for the dead. And do not sit in the chair for you will be cursed for life and haunted.

Chinese Hungry Ghosts Haunts USA between August and September

To the eastern culture, the calendar calendar month of the 7th moon, which is between the 2nd hebdomad of August and first hebdomad of September, is a month of hungry shades festival. This is the calendar month where the spirit of the dead or the shades are released from the world of sleep and are allowed to wander freely on earth. From The News: It's Ghost Season in Japan - Who You Gonna Call? - How can one stop being haunted by ghosts? In the Christianized West, holy water and crosses may help ward off ghosts, but they won't keep their Japanese counterparts, buried under Shinto or Buddhist rites, at bay. Instead, "ofuda" strips inscribed with Buddhist sutras are believed to be effective in keeping evil spirits away. Some Shinto shrines also provide "oharai," a purification ritual that removes bad omens with wooden wands and chants. -- Japan Times By Raggse J. Evidences of Chinese Ghost Month Perhaps?

The Hungry Ghost Month is basically the time when hungry ghosts are released from hell so that they can eat. However, because a lot of these hungry ghosts lived a negative life or died violent deaths, a lot of them still harbor ill feelings brought about their fate, so when they’re released from hell, they also tend to do bad things to us. I don’t think anybody has properly documented all the effects of the dreaded Hungry Ghost Month but some of the known effects are the following.

1)  INCREASE NUMBER OF ACCIDENTS usually happens during the Hungry Ghost month. When I was still working as a feature story producer in one of the leading broadcast media in the Philippines I worked on a story about the rate of accidents here in the Philippines. Again, an accident happens all throughout the year, however, there’s an increase number of accidents happening around August. More than that accidents that happened in August tends to be more severe thus taking more lives.

2)INCREASE NUMBER OF CRIME also happens during the Hungry Ghost Month. Again, in the same feature show that I produced for, we did a story about crime. We went to three different police stations in QC, Manila, and Pasig. Surprisingly, crime rates increases sometime around August, more than that the crimes that increased is not holdup or petty theft, what increases are murder and homicide.

3)INCREASE NUMBER OF HOSPITAL DEATHS AND/OR UNEXPLAINABLE MEDICAL PROBLEMS FROM USUAL MEDICAL PROCEDURES also happens. The same Filipina nurse I mentioned to you in the earlier part of this post also said that there are more deaths and normal medical procedures going wrong around August. When I was doing the accident and crime story, I was able to verify that indeed hospitals have more deaths occurring around August.

4)INCREASE CHANCES OF BUSINESS FAILURE also happens during the Hungry Ghost Month. A Taiwanese media outfit also conducted on a the effects of the Hungry Ghost Month on business, their research showed that more business close or starts to go bankrupt around the Hungry Ghost Month, furthermore, businesses that were opened during the Hungry Ghost Month tend to do badly.

Chinese Ghost at Fault for August Stocks ?

Is the “Ghost Month” to blame for the recent rollercoaster ride in stock markets around the world? During the first two weeks of August, stock markets worldwide had a freefall, went back up again, slid again, then back up once more.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA), for example: plummeted 4.31% on August 4 after credit rating agency S&P downgraded the United States declined 5.5% more on August 8 bounced back 3.98% on August 9 fell another 4.6% on August 10 but rose 3.9% on August 11 And it’s probably just starting.

U.S. stocks were not the only ones in a whirlwind these first weeks of August. As seen in the chart below, stock exchanges in the UK, Korea, Hong Kong and the Philippines all went through a crazy round of market volatility.

Abraham Lincoln face appears in Clouds

It usually takes a little bit of Hollywood magic to convincingly make a cloud look like a person's face, but a man in New Brunswick, Canada might have seen the real thing.

In the video , shot by YouTube user "denisfarmer" and posted on accuweather.com, the clouds are moving fast, which is actually pretty typical for a big storm front like this one. As they do, a man's profile seems to emerge, and even resembles Abraham Lincoln at one point.

Dies and Back Alive and Die again

A two-year-old Brazilian boy, who was declared dead, sat up in his coffin and asked for water before laying back down again lifeless.

According to Website ORM, Kelvin Santos stopped breathing during treatment for pneumonia at a hospital in Belem, northern Brazil, News.com.au reported. The boy was declared dead at 7.40pm on Friday and his body was handed over to his family in a plastic bag.

The child's devastated family took him home where grieving relatives held a wake throughout the night as the boy's body laid in an open coffin. But just an hour before his funeral was to take place on Saturday, the boy apparently sat up in his coffin and said asked his father for water.

UK 'X-Files' reveal UFO sighting over Chelsea stadium

LONDON - Britain on Thursday released an archive of "X-Files" detailing government UFO briefings and probes into unexplained sightings, including one above Chelsea football club.

The 25 files released by The National Archives include "a lengthy briefing on UFO policy to then prime minister Tony Blair's office" along with a job description for the post of UFO desk officer, described as the "weirdest job in Whitehall."

According to an employee of the UFO desk, which closed in 2009, the perception that it consisted of "top secret teams of specialist scientists scurrying around the country in a real life version of the X-Files" was "total fiction."

Instead, daily duties included providing briefings on the Ministry of Defence's (MoD) position on UFOs, undertaking UFO investigations, handling Freedom of Information requests (FOIs) and managing UFOlogists (UFO "experts").

Among the stranger investigations included one into a UFO sighting by a police officer at Chelsea football club and another into a visit by three "men in black" to a person who reported a UFO encounter in Lincolnshire, east England.

According to the files, a hotel owner in Wales once complained to her MP after a UFO landed in a field "from which two tall silver-suited 'faceless humanoids' emerged and began "making measurements'."

Also included in the files are details of a 1995 briefing by one of the MoD's UFO intelligence officers which speculated on why aliens would visit earth.

"Rowdy" Roddy Piper recalles ghostly encounter with deceased WWE wrestler

WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper recalled his ghostly encounter with a deceased WWE wrestler during the Biography Channel's Saturday night airing of Celebrity Ghost Stories.
Roddy summarized his early days in the professional wrestling industry as a 22-year-old kid with no family. He met another 22-year-old kid, named Adrian Adonis, and they became best friends. He recalled angrily snapping at people, with led to Adrian calming him down and advising him to purchase a house. Adrian believed that a house purchase would give Piper the family life he desperately wanted. He did months later and found happiness.

Roddy, who faced Adrian before 93,173 spectators at WrestleMania III, lamented his death in a car accident. Adrian was killed on July 4, 1988 in Lewisporte, Newfoundland while riding in a minivan with fellow wrestlers William "Mike Kelly" Arko, Victor "Pat Kelly" Arko, and Dave "Wildman" McKigney. Adonis, McKigney, and Pat Kelly were killed when the driver, Mike Kelly, allegedly swerved in order to avoid hitting a moose and, blinded by the setting sun, inadvertedly drove into a lake. Mike Kelly survived, albeit with severe leg injuries.

Roddy said his daughter Ariel would later wake up in the middle of the night and scream because she saw a man in her bedroom. His son would see shadows and hear noises in an inexplicable manner.

Islam Creates Europe

Modern Europeans tend to have mixed feelings about the rise of Islam: Islam and Christianity have, after all, been butting heads for the last fifteen hundred years. What is not normally appreciated though is the fundamental role Islam had in creating Europe.

Islam, it will be remembered, was born in the Middle East in the early seventh century. By Mohammed’s death in 632 all the tribes of Arabia had been united into one bloc. Then, by 700, the armies of Islam had poured out of the Middle East across northern Africa and into Spain, and through Persia towards the Ganges; some had even made their way across the Sahara and into Sub-Saharan Africa. This ‘Empire’ was not destined to last: it would splinter into a hundred shards. But Islam would become the religion of the majority in these territories.

So what has this to do with Europe? First, it must be recalled that Europe did not, in any real sense, exist prior to the Islamic invasions. What we refer to as Western Civilisation was the Roman Empire and the Roman Empire was a Mediterranean Empire: with the Red Sea and Britain standing as distant and rather unimportant outliers. A family in Rome had far more in common with a family in Egyptian Alexandria than it did with a family in Britain let alone unconquered and tribal Germany. The Mediterranean was linked by city life that characterised every coastline on that sea: whereas city life never took off in what we think of today as northern Europe, where often towns and villages were lacking.

Elephant and pig tapped to predict Euro 2012 games

WARSAW, Poland (AP) - Who's going to win the European Championship? Time to ask an elephant - or a pig.

Poland's answer to Paul the Octopus - the tentacled tipster who gained worldwide fame for his 2010 World Cup predictions - is Citta the elephant. Ukraine, however, will probably go for an enormous beer-loving pig - but there are big doubts about whether he can handle the media glare.
The parade of supposedly psychic animals comes as the two Eastern European nations gear up to co-host the continent's most prestigious soccer championship from June 8 to July 1.

The zoo in the southern Polish city of Krakow settled on a temperamental 33-year-old female pachyderm from India while Ukraine - where slices of hog fat are the national dish - is contemplating a happier destiny for a 2-year-old already named Psychic Pig.

The pig has a fondness for beer and fries and grunts in pleasure when he watches matches on television with his farmer owner, his publicist claimed Tuesday. But he still needs some PR training before he is presented to the public.

"We want to make sure he is calm - we don't want him to get scared," said Svitlana Bovkun, a spokeswoman for Kiev city administration.

Miami police are still tight-lipped about the man they shot and killed on the MacArthur Causeway Saturday afternoon, but new details back claims they had no choice: the naked man they shot was trying to chew the face off another naked man, and refused to obey police orders to stop his grisly meal, which one source now claims included his victim’s nose and eyeballs.

Surveillance video taken from security cameras at the nearby Miami Herald building show a police officer arrive on the scene, appear to be startled by the spectacle of two naked men lying on the street, and draw his service weapon. It appears that the officer shot one of the men, but it was difficult to tell in the video.

The bizarre shooting happened shortly after 2 p.m., when police responded to a 911 call about two naked men fighting on a bike path along the Causeway, which was packed with traffic on a busy holiday weekend.
