Nguyen Phuc Giac Hai, a senior official of the Research Centre of Human Potentials and the chairman of the research work currently keeps 1000 photos of “ghosts”. These photos were collected from many provinces and cities across Vietnam, such as Da Lat, HCM City, Hanoi’s Ghost Market, Van Dien cemetery, To Lich river, Hanoi funeral home, old prisons and sites where many traffic accidents happened. In all of these photos, “ghosts” appear as light circles.

Hai said in August 2007, he and some officials of the Research Centre of Human Potentials had a business trip in Da Lat, Lam Dong province. He took a photo of the Ghost House in Da Lat, which has a light circle. Some telepaths told him that the light circle is a soul. Hai decided to stay in Da Lat one more day to take photo the house in the early morning and late afternoon.
“Since then I have extended my research to look for other places where have such light circles. I searched on the Internet and found out many websites about such light circles, which, Hai clarified, are called “orbs”.
Hai showed these photos to many telephats, including famous ones who have found many war martyr tombs, such as Duong Manh Hung, Nguyen Quang Vinh, Nguyen Ngoc Hoai and Phan Thi Bich Hang. They said that light circles are ghosts and light circles at the top are angles.
“Once I went out with telepath Tran Van Luu. Luu said he saw some souls were climbing on a tree and told me to take photos. These photos all have light circles,” Hai said.
When these light circles are enlarged, human faces look very clear. Raymond A.Moody states in his book “Life after Death”, that many people who narrowly escaped death returned to life and described that when their souls escaped from their bodies, they became circles of light.
Many photos of traffic accidents taken by journalists also have light circles, Hai said.
Hai also showed many photos in which ghosts are very clear on mobile phones, taken by telepaths. These are war martyrs whose families don’t have any photo of them but when they saw these photos, all recognized that the ghosts are their relatives.
Hai introduced a photo taken by himself of the tomb of the father of late Prof. Academican Nguyen Van Dao in Phu Luong prison. Hai said he took the photo of glass on the tomb but when the picture was printed, the face of the deceased appears.
All photos kept by Hai are real and they are confirmed by technicians to not be changed by modern technology.
